Shawn and Jack got to take their first bath together tonight, and I think they both had a pretty good time!
Shawn is playing out his big brother role. Here he wanted to wash Jack's hair. Much to his disappointment, I had to put a nix on that idea.
I'mma gonna get you, Jack!
Jack has perfected the art of the splash. Fill cup up with water and throw! Shawn couldn't get away fast enough.
Jack stopped to really study the water cup. Shawn's curiosity got the best of him. He was disappointed when he realized all that was in the cup was water. lol
A big brother's job is never done. He had to give Jack one final lesson. Don't drink the water, Jack! It's yucky!

It looks like another round of The Sick is threatening Casa Lopez. (Oh, please NO!)
Poor Jason woke up with a stuffy nose. As much as I tried to convince him that he was feeling A-Ok, it was clear that he wasn't. He didn't want to eat and barely talked most of the night. For Jason, not eating and talking is very unusual. He looks like his throat is bothering him also. This is not a good sign.
None of the rest of us are sick, which leads me to believe that this illness (and the others) are coming from their school. (48 hours after going there, they get sick. The timing is just too perfect.) There's not a whole lot we can do to stop it, either.
I'd guess they might think we are odd if the boys showed up in face masks. I suppose I could follow them around with Clorox wipes or Lysol while they are there. Can't you just picture me spraying a trail for them to follow as they get from place to place or pulling toys out of their teacher's hands to sanitize before they give them to the boys?
Wait a minute. Maybe I could make it work...
Nah, probably not.
Sigh. I'm kidding about the sanitizing.
Mostly. :-)
