5. What is your favorite food? HAMBURGERS (all capitals like he wrote it. 😉)
6. Where do you like going? Historical sites, agricultural areas, and scientific areas
7. What is your favorite thing to watch? Science shows and game shows
8. What do you love? Electronic devices, role-playing toys, and vehicles
9. What do you hate? Nothing
10. What would you like to learn this year? How to divide decimals and fractions

2. What do you like doing? Playing Xbox and racing
3. What are you really good at? Watching movies
4. What would you like to be when you grow up? I want to be a teacher for big kids
5. What is your favorite food? Hamburger
6. Where do you like going? To Disneyland
7. What is your favorite thing to watch? Cars 3 because it is my favorite movie.
8. What do you love? I love my dad and you, mom, AND I love my brothers.
9. What do you hate? I hate that Lightening McQueen crashes. (in the Cars 3 movie)

Friday Five

The boys' second week of vacation (my first) has come to a close. We are all super excited that we still have a week of vacation to go before school starts back up again!

Speaking of this week, I have to admit that it has been one of the laziest weeks on record for us. I think we spent most of it in our pajamas! lol. It was so needed, though.

The boys got wallets and some gift cards for Christmas. Today we went to Target to spend some of their money. It was beyond cute to see them all pull out their wallets and present their gift cards to the cashier at the end. LOL.

We had a movie morning this week and watched Incredibles 2. The kids liked it! Our next movie is going to be The Clock in the Walls. We're excited for that, too.

The boys have had another growth spurt recently. Jason is now wearing 14-16 shirts (16s are baggy, but the length of the shirts in that size are so much better for him) and size 10 pants. Shawn is pretty solidly in a size 12 shirt now and 8/10 pants (he needs the 10 for his waist and the 8 for length. lol). Jack is now getting to the point where his size 8 shirts are getting short on him. He is in a size 8 pants. They need to slow down some. They're growing waaaaaayyyy too fast!

 They played hard and ate all kinds of junk. :) It was a kid's dream day. lol. By 5:30, Jack looked like this...

That's evidence enough for me. It was a great day!

Christmas Eve 2018

Today was a super fun day for Team Lopez! Our elf, Elfie, set up a treasure hunt for the boys. At the end of the hunt, Elfie left us some presents - nutcrackers for us to paint!

I think we did a pretty great job, too!

Question of the Week

What is your favorite part about Christmas?

Jack: I like the candy canes. (For the record, he doesn't like candy canes. I am not sure why he chose that to say! LOL)

Jack (attempt #2 later that evening): Presents...and candy canes! (Ha! He has candy canes on the brain, I guess!)

Shawn: I like the presents. I hope I get two presents this year. (How sweet is this?!)

Jason: My favorite part is spending time with family... Okay. I like the presents, too. (LOL!)

We are all officially out for winter break! Let the vacation begin!

There are only 4 days until Christmas! I know this because Shawn is most certainly keeping track and reminding me every single day. lol. It seems like this month has flown by.

I got a floor seat for the boys to use while they play their games on the Xbox. They LOVE it, although I think they love it for different reasons. LOL. Jack likes to sit in the chair backwards and pretend it is a roller coaster. Jason likes the fact that you can adjust it to find just the right decline for comfortable sitting. Shawn likes use it while it's flat as a pillow. Too funny!

We just watched A Christmas Story today. The boys thought it was hilarious. YAY!
