Feeling Spotty

This afternoon the boys played being "sick."

We drew spots on their faces with eyeliner and they played going to the doctor. In the end, the magic medicine was a wet wipe! Ha! Can't get better than that, now can it?

Of course, Jack was the one who started the game, and wouldn't you know that he told me he felt yucky as the day progressed. By evening, he was stuffy and said his head hurt. Fingers crossed it is only seasonal allergies from the wind...

He Sat on a Wall

And he had a great fall...

He thought playing Humpty Dumpty was hilarious. Lol

Snuggles

Shawn: "Hey, Jack. Come snuggle with me."

Jack: "Okay."

Doesn't get much sweeter than that. :)

Our Christmas

We had a lovely Christmas yesterday. The boys were excited to see what Santa brought them and loved going through their stockings.

We had the boys open only half of their gifts Christmas morning. That gave gen some time to play with their new gifts before we headed over to grandma's house. They got to open some gifts there, too. 

Once we got home from grandma's house, the boys got to open the last of their gifts. I think it worked out really well and kept us all from getting overwhelmed with everything happening all at the same time. :)

Jack's favorite gifts this year were his Hoops and YoYo stuffed babies, a play-doh hair salon kit, and Shawn's Bop It game. Lol

Jason's favorite gifts were his mini billiards set that grandma gave him and a remote control car.

Shawn's favorite gifts were a Santa phone and Jack's Zootopia figures. He also is pretty jazzed about a recycle bin grandma gave him!

All in all, it was a pretty mellow and fun filled day!
