It seems this new round of sickness has thoroughly confused my kids. Perhaps they are suffering from a bit of delirium? I don't know, but all of a sudden, they can't seem to remember how things are supposed to be used.
Take Shawn for instance:
 |
| Shawn, that pail doesn't go on your head! |
I'm pretty sure that Shawn's aware that a pail is for putting stuff in, and by stuff I don't mean your head. Yet, here he is trying his darnedest to prove me wrong.
And then there's Jack:
He saw his brother attempting to wear the pail, so he just had to try it himself...
 |
Jack, didn't you just hear me tell Shawn that a pail doesn't
go on your head?! |
Silly boy. I told him it wouldn't fit!
Then he thought he was going to give reading another go. He was even more confused about that idea.
 |
| Oh, Jack! You don't read books with your teeth! |
He tried his hardest to prove me wrong, too.
Lastly, there is Jason:
He's confused on the proper way to use a paper plate. Jason thinks the perfect use for a paper plate is to finger paint on it.
 |
| Here he painted a rainbow. :-) |
 |
And this, my friends, is a race track. lol
(see? there's a red car in first, blue car in second, and a yellow car in third) |
I hope the confusion passes quickly. At this rate, who knows what I am going to find them trying to do next!
