We had to do this a little after the fact this year due to our being sick, but today we got to celebrate that 12 years ago, our Shawn finally came home after 90 days in the hospital!
It's a day that is very important to us, and we will continue to celebrate for as long as the boys will let us!
Our day was fairly low key, but Shawn still got to do some of his favorite traditions - pick the food we had and rule what we watch on the TV. That's a pretty big deal when you have two other brothers all vying for their own likes and dislikes.
We sang Happy Homecoming Day to you, and he got to blow out his candles.
He was also excited to get some presents.
