Friday Five

Today Was Dr. Seuss's birthday. Jack's class got to celebrate by doing Seuss themed centers. He had a BLAST! He also came home like this, which is a HUGE bonus. :)

He's a Cat in the Hat!

We've had to buy another round of clothes/shoes for the trio. Jack's shoe size shot up two sizes. He can now wear the same size clothes Shawn was wearing at the start of this school year! Jason's pants and pajamas are now on the short size. He's now up to a size 12! Shawn is actually now wearing Jason's shirts...

It's crazy. These guys are growing like weeds!

It was a rainy day today, which also meant that recess was inside. The boys are split on whether this is actually a good thing or not. lol. Looks like more rain will be headed our way this weekend, too.

Shawn is not a big fan of the movie, Pinocchio, especially the part when the boys turn into donkeys. I guess this was the first time he'd really seen it? Anyway, I think the whole scene freaked him out. Poor kid! (And it is creepy!)

I can't believe our little, big guy, Jack, will turn 7 this month! Doesn't seem possible. But, when we turned the calendar, Jack is fully aware that we are counting down to his big day. His first request has been lots of balloons. I think I can do that one!
