Yesterday, we got a call from the school because Jack took a basketball to the front of his face during recess. You know it had to have hurt, too, because he was hit full frontal. Thankfully, he managed to avoid any major bruising, but he did have a nice puffy cheek for the rest of the day.

Jason is currently waiting (impatiently, I might add) for me to finish posting. He wants to read today's post. lol. I think it is so cool that he reads the blog now!

Shawn has really made great growth in his reading over the last few weeks. I am just so proud of him. I can't tell you how fun it is to see him sitting at the table, reading a book like he's been doing it all along. Just awesome!

Jason (and his brothers) made out like bandits this Halloween. He has all kinds of candy. In the past, Jason would go through all of his candy and eliminated a good portion of it because he "didn't like it." This year, however, he's trying loads of new things. Better yet, he's finding out that the new things he tries are actually pretty good!
