My new favorite activity with the boys has been dubbed, "Bowling for Kids." They think it is hilarious, so much so that Jack was laughing so hard he could hardly breathe. It's easy to play, too!
Supplies:
Big open space
kids (obviously)
A big exercise ball (the bigger the better)
How to play:
1) Line children up in the grass.
2) Roll the exercise ball at a child, taking special care to make sure to roll the ball into said child.
3) Be sure to call out, "Bowling for (insert child's name)!" as you roll the ball. (Please note that this step is crucial to the funny effect for the children--you know, it creates anticipation and all.)
4) Have child roll the ball back to you once he has finally stopped laughing long enough to open his eyes and find the ball.
5) Repeat steps 1-4 on the other two children.
The end result: Comedy for all!

Lol, this almost read as a lesson plan! ;-) This sounds fun, can't wait until the baby is older to try this with him. 'Till then I'll try it on Jaime and Emilio, haha! Maybe the dog too.
