Sorry about the silence. Germs have invaded our house.
Out germs, out!
Both boys are sick with colds and are pretty congested. I still don't quite understand how that much snot can come from people this small. It just doesn't make sense! Jeez.
By the way, someone suggested this to me. I just can't bring myself to get one. The thought just makes me want to gag. I have been assured that there is no way to get anything actually in your mouth, but still. Yuck.
And while I did have a mild freak out about the possibility of RSV, after a lot of research, I don't think that is what this is because we haven't had fevers and they seem to be getting the tiniest bit better each day. (Whew.)
Anyway, pictures and updates to come when everyone feels better. Hoping that is sooner rather than later.

EW!!!!! I wouldn't get that thing either. I would gag!!! Glad you don't think it is RSV. It is amazing how much stuff comes out of such tiny little bodies. Hope everyone feels better soon. Hugs and kisses to all.

ok...so i clicked the link, and all i can say is..."my eyes! my eyes! it burns!" thanks for the image!!!!;) you know, our parents didn't have all of these nifty modern contraptions when we were babies...and we turned out just fine...i think.
p.s. your post made me think of when my little one went through this many moons ago...i would run the hot water in the shower and sit with him in the bathroom, reading books, playing with toys,(we didn't stay in there for too long, mind) the steam from the shower helped to loosen up the mucus, making it easier to remove 'em. hope the little guys feel better soon. love to all!
