I don't know what happened, but Shawn no longer eats just anything. He has decided that he doesn't care for green food, and all veggies are hit and miss any more. Darn it. Plus, he is exceptionally skilled with his tongue of steel. If he doesn't want it in his mouth...it will not get in. Seriously. He is that good.
Where does he get that stubborn streak?
I have tried to tell him that I am more stubborn than he is (you know, with me being bigger and all), but he just keeps testing the waters.
This is him after the dinner battle last night. It was Isaac vs. Shawn -- and I think Shawn won!
Edited to add: Isaac begs to differ. He prefers to call the match "a stalemate". Oh, brother!

I don't know which of you is right. Did at least some of it make it in? The picture sure is adorable though.
Yea. He ate most of it. He just like to spit out whatever Isaac gave him making each spoonful take three and four attempts. Hence the green face. I think it's cute, too!
HI Stacie,,,,maybe you can try fruit with veggies..I know it sounds gross, but it worked for me. Mix more fruit than veggies and then gradually add more veggies than fruit. The things we do to get our kids to eat veggies!!!!!!! anyway there were a lot of green veggies my kids didn't like. Talk to you soon Love ya, JUdy
Osmosis! I'm sure some nutrients have to be getting in by osmosis. Smather some spinach, peas, and carrots on them while you're at it. Just leave it on their skin long enough and something is bound to go through. Fun times! You're amazing, Stace!
I hate this techno stuff! I forgot to add....Love, Wynde
