This week brought spring picture day. Wouldn't you know it--on both days the boys took pictures, we had very windy days. Wouldn't you also know it that of course, as 2nd and 5th graders, the boys' grades were the last grades to take pictures on their respective day. Top it off with the boys' insistence that they give the fakest smiles in the world when asked to smile...
So, yeah. Who knows what we'll get this year? lol

Jack had a fabulous time on his field trip to the Moxie Museum. Dad went along as a chaperone, so that made Jack's day even more fun. :)

The big boys got to go to the school's book fair this afternoon. They also got some books to read this weekend. Jason also got a pen that writes in invisible ink. He's pretty jazzed about that, too.

Report cards came home today. Everyone did just how we expected them to. Great job, guys!

We've got some sort of crud in the house this week. Jason has been complaining about his throat and nose for a few days now. Jack has been off all week and woke up doing his throat clearing thing--his cue that he's coming down with it. And even though we sent Shawn off to school looking and feeling fine, he came home with the distinct sound of congestion. Sigh. Fingers crossed it passes quickly.
