Summer Bucket List 2017

The end of the school year is fast approaching. If you can believe it, we are already down to 5 weeks of school for the boys, and 6 weeks of school for me. Then we'll have 8 glorious weeks free from school and work! Woo to the double whooo!

It is time to start thinking about our Summer Bucket List! So far, we have one thing on our list. Jason wants to extract DNA from a strawberry. We'll be looking for more ideas over the next few weeks!

Friday Five

Testing is finally finished for the boys! They did a great job, and we are very proud of them for all of their hard work!

We have a third artichoke! (It is in the center-right of the picture.) It is totally fascinating to see them pop up and grow like this!

Jason has a very loose canine tooth! He may just lose the tooth this weekend if he works at it.

Shawn has been really funny lately. He has decided that I am the only person who may do anything for him. Sitting on daddy's lap and want something? Call mom in from the other room. Dad offers to take you to bed? No, that's okay. Mommy can do it.

It's super sweet, but man it's exhausting.

We just discovered this week that the boys get out of school a WHOLE WEEK BEFORE me! How can this be?! I am insanely jealous of this new development. :)
